How the Guarantee works

Attempt your LANTITE. Sit the Literacy and/or Numeracy component.
If you don’t pass and your 1-year prep access has ended, email us. Send a message to [email protected] with subject “Pass Guarantee”.
Include proof. Attach a screenshot or PDF of your official result and the email you used to purchase.
We will extend your access. We’ll add time to your account at no cost so you can keep preparing until you pass.

Guarantee applies to the component(s) you purchased.
You must request the extension within 30 days of receiving your result.
Unlimited extensions until you pass. No extra charges.
